At pre-commissioning stage and upon completion, pipeline construction debris, welding rods, mud, etc. must be removed from the pipeline using pipeline pigging products. Pipeline cleaning tools can be used to clean the pipeline and to keep it ready for the commissioning.
At BFG we have the capability to carry out pipeline cleaning and gauging for oil and gas pipeline of any size and make sure it’s ready for operations.
We can supply high quality cleaning and gauging pigs to perform the job safely and as per international standards.

PIPELINE NITROGEN PURGING
Purging is an industry standard technique for the replacement of a hazardous or gases inside the pipeline with nitrogen to bring oxygen levels to within a safe limit.
We supply nitrogen Cylinders with high purity or even Nitrogen tanks and pumps as well as qualified personnel to purge a pipeline of any size to make sure the gas level inside the pipeline is within the Acceptable Limits for safe operations.

PIPELINE COATING REPAIR
Our services include:

• Coating removal.
• Surface preparation and softening using spark free tools.
• Coating repair.

PIPELINE CLEANING & GAUGING
